So pleased I got out today: had a 150mile round trip this morning for my sonβs rugby match (they lost π) but when we got in I got straight into my kit and out before it got dark and french homework got in the way. Really enjoyed this run: I think I have my knee issue under control too. Photo was me a minute or so into my cool down walk: if you look you can see how the road falls away, which was my final uphill minute. Apparently hills make you stronger....! All in all Iβm a happy bunny this evening. Enjoy your week, everyone x

Well done! Struggling after and injury at W3r2 so rested for 3 days and did W3r3 today. Not great and the ice pack is my friend. Next week will be make or break I think re continuing through or resting for longer whilst doing strengthening and stretching exercises. Happy next run!
