Ran this morning after over a week of not running. It wasn't too bad, kept it slow and did the 30 minutes. Right now I average about 3.7k. I'm going to start running for 35 minutes now to increase my endurance, and cover more distance. My goal is that by the end of the year I can run 5k, so we'll see how it goes!
Edit: I just read about a cool 10% rule in which you either increase your distance or duration by 10%. So I either run for 33 minutes or for distance in my case, 4k. I'm going to alternate with these methods!
