I'm a newbie too, the support on here is fab!
On the other hand I've found doing it for the second time much easier thanks to all the lessons I learned the first time.

I am 52 and have today run 20mins without stopping for the first time in my life. W5R3 run in theory but I have taken much, much longer to get here...mostly 2 runs a week and lots of repeats when I didn't feel ready to progress. Good luck, be kind to yourself, you can do it!
