I have just completed W4 R1 😁😁 Can’t actually believe I ran for a total of 16mins when only 4 weeks ago I struggled to run 1min!

I’m a complete beginner and started running to lose weight after having my son 1yr ago. I was 18 and a half stone last December after gaining ALOT during pregnancy. I started walking a lot which made me lose around 5 stone and just wanted to give myself a push to lose the last couple of stone. Just wanted to tell you my story so if anyone is or was in my situation it may help.

I have found these runs hard but the feeling after completing each run and getting further each time it’s exhilarating! Good luck to all of you!

Xoxo

Wow, well done. I did W4 R1 this morning and struggled a little with pace. I know its supposed to be a "gentle jog" but it was not speedy by any measure. Kept going till the end though. I've lost nearly 6 stone since joining weight watchers a year and a half ago. Have been inspired by folk like yourself who give it a determined go. Keep it up and good luck. We can do this!

I have been logging my pace and I’m jogging at around 8.41 minutes per km...not sure if that’s good or bad!

And well done on your weight loss that’s fantastic! Good luck
