W7R1 done!

Something has definitely changed! I went out today and all the way through my run I was expecting something to go wrong or to just start not enjoying it.....but it didn't! I found my stride, my breathing was consistent and I just kept on running. 25 minutes and approx 2 miles. I know I have done it, but I still can't believe I have gotten to this point. Thanks C25K. :D
