Missed 1 run this week :-(

I felt really rough this week and have only done 1 run for week 2 so far and have the weekend to do another one. Should I restart week 2 on Monday or plunge into week 3 anyway having missed one of my runs from week 2??

Please read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... which explains how to approach your workouts.

Each C25K week's workouts need to be completed before moving on. C25K weeks don't have to coincide with calendar weeks.

Don't miss any workout, just do them when you can.

Take the tips from IannodaTruffe and listen to your body It will let you know what is what :)

As he says... all the runs need to be completed to keep you safe and injury free:)

Really good info. Consequently just completed week 2 run 2 and not feeling too bad actually. Half the battle is in your head. Listening to your body is really good but sometimes my head just shouts louder and tells me I shouldn’t be running because of this or that.....

I approached it as 27 runs and didn’t think about weeks at all unless referring to them.

I like that , that seems much more manageable. Though i suppose the fewer days in between each run the more effective the programme.
