Having recently completed the C25K , what now? I want to run regularly for 30 minutes at a time. What do you graduates do? Repeat week 9 or is there another app? Thanks in advance x

Well done...check this out for ideas..

healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Lots of consolidation is useful..30 minute runs..shorter and longer runs..New routes too...always fun.

After a couple of weeks...maybe try the C25K + podcasts..fun...yet challenging..

Lots to choose from...as long as you keep running😉

Hi I graduated 3 weeks ago and since i weekly do 1 x 4K, 1 x 3K hill intervals and parkrun on a Saturday.

Plan on doing this til Xmas then will consider starting bridge to 10K.

This is just my personal decision I know lots of people increase straight away but I need some miles in my legs 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️. Good luck whatever you decide.

Lots of people feel a little lost after graduation. I know I did. Oldfloss had some great suggestions. 😀

Personally I ended up consolidating 3 x 30 minute runs for about 3 weeks, then decided I fancied making my way to 10k by doing a short 4k run, parkrun and another 5k run which I increased weekly. I graduated in August and I did 9k today!

It’s up to you where you want your running journey to take you. Above all, keep having fun! 😀
