So I completed my last run of C25K this morning and I don’t know what to do next. I shall miss Laura terribly. I liked the focus of the app telling me what to do and am now at a bit of a loss.

So I completed my last run of C25K this morning and I don’t know what to do next. I shall miss Laura terribly. I liked the focus of the app telling me what to do and am now at a bit of a loss.

Firstly , congratulations on completing c25k you must be so pleased well done. For the next few weeks just concentrate on running 30 minutes 3x per week and if you want you can press repeat on wk9r3 so you can still listen to Laura. After that you could try a shorter run a longer run and maybe a shorter faster run and try some new running routes 😊😊😊👏👏👏👏👏
Buddy34 's right that the obvious next step is to consolidate the habit of 30x3
