Today was 1st run of week 9, was such a milestone to reach,I laughed and cried, so glad no one could see me! I’ve loved every minute (well not every lol) My only worry was I didn’t reach 5k it was more like 4.2k which I’m astonished I’ve done but am I doing something wrong should I now be doing 5k in 30 mins? Or will they come with time? I’m confused

Well done Abz2143 . Don't worry about reaching 5k in 30 minutes - apparently only 10% of us manage that by the time we graduate (and I'm still nowhere near!).

Running for 30 minutes is the goal. Working on your speed can come later.

Just keep on enjoying it!
