As well as doing this programme I've also done a weekly run for the past 8 weeks with a local C25K group. Tonight we did 5K👍😁😁I was at the back ofc but who cares, I got there slow n steady. I'll be able to do the app 3 times a week now instead of 2 as I've kept that separate. So looking forward to graduating here too 😁😁
