A bit of a set back W5R2

Well, the cold wind and rain was amazing. On my first 8 minutes I got disturbed by people with dogs and my dog (puppy) wanting to meet and greet, this postponed my my run by about 2 minutes. The rest of the run was fine, however, I will repeat this run again Thursday to prove to myself that I can achieve it completely.

Still feel great though!!

That happens with dogs, that and stopping to pick up poo! I just pause the app at the end of the run segment and carry on running for a minute or two.
