Wk7R1 today -- much tougher than Wk6R3 but let's see what W7R2 brings.
Any advice on which Garmin to get? I'm not aiming to be superfast at any stage, just a recreational runner, but it'd be nice to get a gismo which is accurate (I don't think my Fitbit is). The 35 and the 235 look nice -- what does anyone think?
Thanks in advance!

I got got the Garmin 235 at Christmas - does all and more than I need - having a built in heart monitor is a real bonus. I can also use it as a normal watch which is good. Before that had various Garmin 205, 305 and 310XT - all good bits of kit with the benefit that every run in the last ten years is recorded, and that is handy for seeing if you are improving or not, over the years. I got mine from the cycle website, Chain Reaction, a bit cheaper there than elsewhere. It does a lot of things you may not need, but it is a nice thing to play about with.
I bought the forerunner 35 and it does everything I want and more. It also downloads to Strava automatically which I used on my phone before I got the watch . I play music from my iPhone and this can also be controlled via the watch meaning you don’t have to get your phone out once you’ve linked it by Bluetooth.
I got a 235 in the summer, does everything I want and as others say, links to Strava, have also linked my Garmin Connect account to MyFitnessPal to record calories
I have the 235. It's great and also works well as a normal watch. My wife and all 4 of our sons now have them so Garmin have done well from us. My son had a problem with his after 8 months hard use. Replaced by amazon without query.
I have the Vivosport HR. It has GPS, a heart rate monitor and tracks exercise, sleep, calories and more. DC Rainmaker gives a detailed review at dcrainmaker.com/2017/09/gar...
