W5R3 after knee pain and one false start 😁

I’d had to rest for a week and a half after knee pain set in. I bought some good trainers but still had to push myself out of the front door to get running again. I thought I’d be disciplined and try W5R3 (to get Sarah Millican’s gentle prompts) but only do 10 minutes. This proved a good tactic because another sensible three days rest later I’ve just completed 20 minutes of running for the full W5R3! If I can do it then, seriously, anyone can 😁
