Well done! Don’t worry about pace. It’s 30 minutes running you are aiming for, even though the programme has 5k in it. I still can’t run 5k in 30 min but I’m a lot faster than when I graduated - and I enjoy running (which is more the point) Plenty of time to run better, faster etc. Just have fun and explore! 🏃‍♀️👍

Perfect... keep it slow... you are becoming a runner, you’re not an athlete yet, slow running promotes your development faster and safer than fast running. Chase the pace later if you want to... complete this journey slowly and consolidate until it becomes comfortable, then decide if you want faster or longer or just to run, it’s all good.

Happy running.

...and so it should be at your early stage of your running adventure. 😀

You can think about pace at a later stage if you really want to, but for now enjoyment and building up your running legs is what matters. 😄

... and well done, 25mins is a huge achievement. 😀
