Just done the first run of week 6 and it was pretty hard work. I wonder if it's because the segments aren't long enough for the endorphins to kick in. Still, managed a little sprint in the last minute as i knew exactly where 3.2 k would be for the 21 mins section. I know, i know...

I suppose that's true, should be happy that i've got to a stage where my mind doesn't count a brisk walk as excercise really!
