First run in two weeks following injury


Went out two weeks ago and managed to injur my adductor muscles and groin. Has been a very frustrating two weeks and has taken way longer to recover than I thought it would. Still not 100% but went out for a run this morning and managed 4.2km very slowly. Nothing else left in the tank to complete that last 800m but I am happy I managed to get a run in.

You did very well today Grandadmike for running that 4.2km, you took the advice of "slow and steady" and completed the run🏃 without any problems. 😊
