W3r3 for me on Saturday and I'm loving it! HATED it week 1 but I can feel how proud I am after each run now and it spurs me on! BRING ON WEEK 4 😂 (Hopefully it won't see me off)

I’m pretty sure you’ll live 😂. Great job so far, especially week one, that’s a shock to the system and a half! Don’t be afraid to slow down, it’s about building endurance, not racing.

After niggling calf pain all week. I took an extra rest day before this run and what a difference....
