Well I never thought I'd see the day I'd run for this long. Did have two tiny spells where I dropped pace down but dead chuffed I completed it. Thanks to all those positive posts I've read over last few weeks.

Well done to you mara001 for running a milestone run as we call run 3 of week 5, 20 minutes of non-stop running. You are now over half way through the C25K training program. Warning, be careful regarding the first two runs of week 6, take them carefully as those runs catch out a few people because of the walking intervals.

Cheers AlMorr. Yes it seems that way regarding week 6 as lots of people seem to be saying the same. I'll certainly be mindful of the advice 😀
