After completing the C25K a few months back, I continued running, just once in the week and then a Park Run at the weekend. This weekend I am doing then great south 5k Saturday and the 10 mile Sunday! It was a goal when I started C25K. I know I will be slow and walking a fair bit on the 10 miles, but doing it all the same ! Bound to be others walking

Wow Sat sounds doable but Sun is 16km. A bit of walking sounds sensible. Really great you're doing it though!
