Breakfast ideas please

Can anyone recommend something light to eat before a morning run , particularly before parkrun on a Saturday. Fibre type stuff such as cereal banana don’t seem to work to well !

Any suggestions most welcome

Overnight oats with yogurt and honey. Google Overnight oats, you will get loads of recipes. Yum yum.
