Today I completed the last run of week 9. It took a bit longer than 9 weeks but I stuck with even after days when the runs didn’t go so well. I am determined to keep running despite the colder and darker days. Thank you to everyone who posts on here, I have read your posts regularly and they have inspired and kept me going.
