Just done today’s run and I have really sore legs after, any tips? I do the cool down walk and some stretches when I get home. Drove out to the local reservoir for a prettier run today, lovely weather, no rain this time. However when I got back to the car I had a flat tyre, no phone battery left and no cash 😫. Anyway managed to get spare on and go order a new one, expensive day and lesson learned, I’ll be taking some cash and my power bank next time 😂😂. Still loving this running lark, think I may have caught the bug 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️

Hi Cathy, that sounds like a nightmare eh?!
Re sore legs, I find hot baths after exercising takes some of the muscle aches away, better if you can add a couple cups of Epsom salts and soak for 15-20 mins
