Aching Calf muscles

I did R1 W3 on Monday and due to go out early tomorrow to do R2, at the moment my Calf muscles are still aching mostly after sitting down for a while but also found them very sore and stiff this morning on awakening which went off after getting up and walking round. Question is should I run tomorrow morning or have an extra days rest?

Still a slight ache in calf muscles this morning, I'm going to do W3 R2 albeit very steady to start with and see how it goes.

Went well, I started slowly but found that more painfull so I spend up a bit and it felt better remainder of run went fine. Will see how legs are this evening and again tomorrow morning.

Yay! Well done! I often find that I have a few aches and pains before a run, particularly if it’s early morning. I think a run helps to get rid of them.

Take a rest day and massage them and rest them.
