Well this morning was a much better run, I managed the 30 minutes but by 25 I'd had enough, the last 5 was just perseverance and down right stubbornness, no way am I finishing this thing on a crawl!
I ran 3.7k which I'm super pleased about. I've gotten a little faster, I pass the snails now rather than the other way round π€£
I also registered for parkrun last night - eek! Something to try at the weekend and improve with as well as meet like minded, crazy people that put themselves through this running lark!
Friday is my last run, can't believe it. I'm a runner! (spits out water in disbelief). Have a good run people!

Woohoo, youβve got this Rooster! Looking forward to your euphoric graduation post! πββοΈππ Bubbles are on ice for you. πΎ
You will love parkrun! Iβve done 5 now and Iβm totally addicted. Everyone is so friendly and you can go whatever speed you fancy. Some gazelle round (record at ours is just over 15 minutes! π³), some take over an hour. No pressure. Just have fun! π
Yes, yes, yes! You can do it! If you can, have a couple of rest days before your grand finale. I have found it extremely helpful, especially when my last run has been a toughie and we are running for so loooong!!!! πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπͺ
