Hello to week 8. Keeping the Faith

Starting week 8 this week. Still can’t believe it....... me? Week 8? Good luck to everyone starting the programme. Have faith in it. It takes you further than you ever imagined possible......those first weeks are tough but keep to the programme and hold onto to every run you do as a massive achievement even when it doesn’t go to plan. The weeks have flown and I’ve had ups and downs but having got this far it was worth it and still is....... 🙂 even in rain and wind.....

Great job... enjoy week 8. Physically this plan is amazing, emotionally it’s positive but a bit of a rollercoaster at times. 6 runs to go!

I can’t believe just 6 to go! That’s 21 runs done. 👍🏃🏼‍♀️

Yeah, and in a week you’ll be running 30 minutes due to your hard work and great choice of plan.

Podium is really nearly there. Still in shock I’ve come this far. 😀
