It’s wet wet wet out there today!!!

I came I saw I conquered 😐 ok so perhaps it wasn’t that exciting, but you guys know me by now it’s all just very exciting 🎉🎊 ( I have been compared to on more than one occasion, a Spaniel 🐕)

So me and Mouse we did W 6 R1 it was ok, was glad there were breaks and glad if the rain 💦💧 I didn’t drown nor did I need my flotation devices 😂😂

How are you all fairing the wet Sunday morning!!

P.S best part getting home having a shower and putting slob clothes on!!

P.S.S Mouse did ask to come in the shower!!! So then we had to have to chat!! ( there is love and then there is LOVE ) 🙄🤪

Yep I’m home showered and dry no running now till Tuesday 👍🏼 Tomorrow I’ll do a bit of Yoga 🧘‍♀️ My body is a temple and all that 🙄

W6R1 tomorrow for me and my kitten 😸

Yesterday was too hot for my liking so (this isn't what I'd expect I'd be saying weeks ago) I'm looking forward to running in the cold and damp!

I got some odd looks when I was on my cool down. People all had coats and willies on and there was me with a vest top and trackies 😂😂

Loved my run in the rain this morning, I usually talk to myself but didn’t today as was focussed on avoiding the wet leaves 🍁. Definitely feel like I’m getting stronger in my runs too

Yeah that’s Schofield the cat.... he’s 16 but looks much younger lol.

It was someone on here that said talking to yourself helps regulate your breathing and pace.

I graduated about 4 weeks ago. It is a little weird at first but you get used to it soon enough

Hats off for going out today. I am being a fair weather running and staying in! Tomorrow night's thing has been cancelled so I justifying today's non run because my normal run days are M/W/F 😆

Its rather lovely that Mouse wanted to join you 🐶💕

My cat has obviously been communicating with yours, as she stood on my head this morning whilst I was trying for a lie in 🤬 🐱

Maybe a silly question but what do you wear running in the rain? Coats etc or not bother?

Today I rocked a vest top trackies (obv underwear 👙) didn’t want black eyes ☺️ And trainers

Mouse wore his collar. He did ask for a tutu but I thought that was a bit much ( I mean it’s a Sunday 🤷🏽‍♀️)

I got a reprieve till 6am from the evil one this morning!! 🐱

Yes I am a chicken but as "punishment" I have done quite a lot if housework, which I detest. I am fine if I get wet once I'm out but I hate setting out in the rain and I hate the cold. Is it any wonder I chose to be by the wood burner today 😉

As I’m still off poorly I get loads of time for housework 😳🔫 hate it ( I was a 💩 housewife when kids were ickle)

I know! you clean and two seconds later there's a mess but social norms dictate my house should be of a semi hygienic standard if I'm to invite friends round 🙈 it's only because they are friends I get away with semi respectable 🤣

Oh, I so envy you. My dog hates shower. No bath, no shower, just leave me dirty and stinky But she does love swimming and rolling in all sorts of wet / wet-ish muds, puddles, grass ;D

Omg I had a TT when I was young. He was amazing!! His grandfather won best of breed at Crufts ( claim to fame!!)

Mine was black and ridiculously curly so was no good for being a show dog pooch 😍 he was lovely although untrainable
