Its great that the local athletics club volunteer their time to organise and prepare us before and after.

Show us stretches that work for them.

There are rumours of a lecture / talk on what we should be doing, wearing, eating and getting advice from.

Surely this forum will get a mention 😸

I bet it does. I was also thinking it must make it easier/more fun to go out at night, too. My sister in law did C25K with a group, but I couldn't find one round here when I started. Maybe I'll have to look for one when I graduate. Good luck for W5R3! You'll smash it. 😊

Sometimes I run at the back and support the slower runners and sometimes do my own thing somewhere in the middle.

I leave the faster runners to it. 😸
