Chaffing

Haven't even started my W1R2 yet, but last night and this morning my undercarriage (for want of a better word) is red raw, I'm struggling to walk without looking like I've messed myself!

Any ideas, I really want to get out tonight when I get home.

Running shorts with inbuilt mesh lining provide support and ventilation........what more can a man want.

Isn't there some sort of specialist running lube? (I forget names)

Could be there's an unfortunate seam somewhere.

Other than that, all I have to offer is sympathy, sore bits are very bad for the soul!

Lanacane is a good lubricant. I use it as my running scaffold rubs if I don’t. Otherwise tighty whiteys?? 🙈👍🏻
