Week 2 Run 2


Enjoying my running so far.

Week One was agony on my shins and feet, but invested in some decent running shoes and shin tights.

Ive spent £140 so far so had better finish the 5k now.

Think Ive been going to fast on the treadmill as was doing 7mph and just read to do 30minutes need to do 6.2mph.

I think its interval 3 that's currently the hardest but I love it when you are on the last interval.

£140, a lot of money to spend on shoes and shin tights, but it will be worth it if the pain goes and you can continue with C25K program. I can assure you that you will certainly complete and get to W9R3 and graduate.
