PB for run duration and distance today 🙂

I aimed to run for 45 minutes today. I achieved this and ran 7.4k! I’m really enjoying the runs now and reaching new goals. I plan to do a park run in 2 weeks time.

How you finding not having a voice taking you when to run? Do you have music on?

• in reply tochrisc25k

I started consolidation with repeats of w9 to keep the voice! and then the app started playing up for some reason, so now I just run with Strava to keep track. No music but I keep considering it
