Well I’ve been repeating W7 over the past two weeks as

1: not having time to complete runs for the week

2: not having the time to complete the timed runs

So today was W8D1. After the first few minutes I really thought this is not going to happen...

Slowed it down and kept thinking “just keep putting one foot in front of the other, and keep it moving”

And guess what... I got it done 👊🏽

Still only just getting to 3K on my runs. Slowly slowly I’m getting there.

Was wondering whether to sign up for s charity 5K for October?

There is a Park Run in my park but too many familiar faces there and as I’ve not managed 5k yet I don’t want to try it in front of people I know 🤷🏽‍♀️

Back to work Wednesday after being off for a while due to bereavements and anxiety. Also my next run day, wish me luck 🤞🏽

You’re doing great... those extra week 7s will have consolidated that 25 minutes very well. Good job today spotting the issue and slowing down. You got this.

Why not sign up for that 5k? Have a lot of fun on it... don’t be afraid to walk some.

Well done both for sticking at it, and for managing to break the back of a tricky run in the end. You should feel proud of yourself, and I wish you well for the next bit ahead : )
