I did it...I jogged for 25 minutes & for the last minute I was able to run like Jo suggested!
Run 1 in this week was ok & I did it, run 2 wasn’t great but I didn’t do it at my usual time it was Friday 5:30pm rush hour traffic could see my big fat arse wobbling about so I felt conscious and then my pace was all out because I tried to look like an Olympian...it was a total disaster because I cared too much about what people would be thinking & then I was just focusing on my Chinese & wine that I planned to have later that evening 10/10 for trying though 👍🏼
So it’s week 7 & I’ve learnt that I’m definitely a 6:30am jogger & I jog better with an easy listening playlist instead of hardhouse (no wonder it’s taken me this long to get the pace sorted)
