Am really struggling when I first started I was out runni g 4 times a week now am still on week 9 and have being for 3 weeks just can't get my self motivated to run but am still doing my boxing and fitness app do today am gonna get my self in gear and se how i go if not am gonna go back to week 7 I 5hink sent a start justdread the run for some reason

If you are dreading your runs then you are obviously not enjoying them, which is frequently caused by going too fast. Forget about trying to prove anything to yourself and accept that building running stamina is a long slow process and that speed is irrelevant at this stage of your training.
Relax and enjoy it. Are you running outdoors?

4 times a week.???? Well...no wonder you're dreading the runs..just slow down and take the advice from IannodaTruffe ..this is supposed to be for enjoyment not an endurance exercise...

Yep all the advice above is what I would have said. If you're not enjoying it maybe running is not for you or you are just overdoing it. Your body must be exhausted. You have nothing to prove, except to yourself so take some pressure off yourself.
Well completed it week nine last run after all my moans decided to slow it down and ran the full 2 mile but took me 30 mins as I took it slower normally am running 2 mile and thier is still 20 mins left on my app so my motto slow down it's a run and enjoy .. Thanks guys for all your advice still gonna keep on the page as I love reading everyone's comments .. have a good weekend everyone
