W?R? - holiday hiatus - advice pls

Ok, so I haven't run since 15th Sept at which point I had completed w4r3. I have spent the intervening time getting some winter sun 🏖🍺🍳🥓. Although I did consume fried eggs and bacon every morning 🙊 and I didn't go to the hotel gym, I did at least walk over 10k steps a day.

I'm feeling rather sluggish and lacking in motivation. Post holiday blues? Anyway do you guys think I should leap in with w5r1 or do a bit if wk4 again?

Thanks folks, feel free to metaphorically kick my butt 😁

Well I would try the run and if you feel it’s too much go back and start at previous run!! Go get em tiger!

Straight on to the next run... you’ve lost no running fitness, you’ve stayed active and you’re well rested... if anything you’ll be better off than when you last ran.

Keep going! If you can't do it then take a step back :D

Go for w5.. the break shouldn't have affected you too much ..
