Ok, so I haven't run since 15th Sept at which point I had completed w4r3. I have spent the intervening time getting some winter sun 🏖🍺🍳🥓. Although I did consume fried eggs and bacon every morning 🙊 and I didn't go to the hotel gym, I did at least walk over 10k steps a day.
I'm feeling rather sluggish and lacking in motivation. Post holiday blues? Anyway do you guys think I should leap in with w5r1 or do a bit if wk4 again?
