So today I completed w2r3, but I feel like I’ve really struggled with this week- from having various pains while running and feeling really unfit 😞. I had pains today on the right side of my left shin (shin splints??) and had to slow to a walk for a wee second towards the end of one of the 90 second runs. I’m not sure what I’ve done wrong to hurt it- it’s not happened in previous runs. Should I rest it up for a bit or something? Any advice would be be appreciated ☺️

Good job so far. If it is shin splints some rest will be needed... and there’s ways of lessening the chances of them on here runnersworld.com/shin-splints/
