Ok it was hilly it was slow and I had to stop once to pick up πŸ• πŸ’© and once again to stretch my hip so walked a couple of steps there too!?

I guess it doesn’t matter too much seeing as this is round 2 anyway πŸ™ˆ

All in all a good run though due to perfect weather.

You are the one who decides that the programme is complete, so if you have doubts, repeat the run. If you are happy that you completed it, move on.

Either way, as part of a body strengthening regime, that run did its work...... well done.

Good job. Like above, the run has done its job... and you’re going to consolidate anyway... so it’s neither here nor there if you count it or repeat it... whatever you think is best.
