Need motivation!

So I had planned to start my program this week but have failed miserably but on the positive note I have signed up to rejoin the Saturday morning running group for beginners. Hopefully that will inspire me to get out and start to C25, fingers crossed. Xxx

That's great PollyApp - we all have different needs in terms of what helps us meet goals, some people just have to have the inclination whereas others, myself included, need a lot more than that. I need accountability too, or else the excuses as to why I can't/shouldn't do today's run pile up pretty quickly.

The most difficult part of this running plan is lacing those shoes and getting through the door to go for the first run. Maybe wait for Saturday, do that session and then come home and schedule time on Monday to go out again. Use alarms, calendar alerts, mini rewards, whatever it takes.
