I just can’t seem to run the last 5 in full, I am walking the middle minuet. The run seems so hard , my calf muscles feel like they are going to explode and my hips are in pain, I know that I am carrying 3 stone too much, but this is now feeling like a chore,
Should I go back a week??

Are you stretching after each run? Are you hydrating well? How do your feet land? Are you running at a pace where you can still speak full sentences or too fast?
Slow down is nearly always the correct advice for those struggling with a run.
