Woo hoo ๐Ÿ˜€

Graduation run coming up. Been going well really few twinges but nothing an extra day off couldnโ€™t cure. Staying snail like and slow n steady is seeing me through and looking after my 63 year old frame.

Question how many minutes can I safely add to 30 each week?

10% a week Iโ€™m sure so maybe 3-5 mins is the advice x

Enjoy that run, every step of it.

10% rule would give you up to 9 minutes to add. Iโ€™d probably go gentle and go 30, 30, 33 then 30, 30, 36 at the start.
