Set everything out the night before...running gear and shoes etc...and plan your route... If the children have to have things prepared for them..( Not sure how old they are) School things, . Cereal bowls or table set for breakfast etc... do that the night before too.. All needs to be ready so that you can head out and back in and all is as it should be.'That way you can have your run.. enjoy it and have a great start to your day!

Go you!!!

I usually have my running gear out the night before. I’m an early riser so don’t need an alarm. You’ll properly find your own routine given time. Not always easy when you have kiddies. Enjoy your run

Hi I look out everything the night before then I simply get up and go .... before I have time to overthink anything .... it has worked all along for me and had me out at 5.15! Good luck 😉
