Got to run 3 on week 7 but then went on hols and have taken 3 weeks off so probably best to start again from here. Am I the only one whose done this?

First two weeks you lose nothing, 3 weeks would be negligible fitness loss, I think I’d go for the run I was due. Some do extra repeats though, won’t harm, and it’s your journey.

Great advice as I went for it and no problems with the 25 min run... I repeated the previous run so now today back to where I was.

This app really does what it says.. 👍👍👍👍👍
