Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

The best thing you can do for your stamina is to follow the plan to the letter and you will develop enough stamina to run for 30 minutes non-stop in just a few weeks.

Enjoy your journey.

As Ian says stick to the programme. No quick fix to improve stamina other than the slow and steady increase in workload in each stage of the programme. Don't try and jump ahead because you feel great! That way leads to injury and fatigue which is why most people fail. Your doing great, keep it up

Welcome to C25K! You are doing well. This is what I do before every run - glass of water for hydration and a banana for energy. When I set off for the warm up walk I make it brisk but I pace the run. Literally a light jog. Speed is not my priority but lasting the duration of the run is. I also watch my breathing. Mentally I focus on anything other than running. That way, before "I know it" it's done. You've got this. Good luck!

Thank you . Great advice . I am going to try your suggestion of not thinking about running as I am obsessing a bit about when it will be over lol

Welcome... well done so far. The best way to increase stamina is to run, and the best way to run is following the programme. It’ll come faster than you think possible.
