Wk6 R3 surprisingly do-able! With Michael telling me I’m now officially a runner put the icing on the cake. I even did the faster final 60 secs. Lady of about 65 sprinted past me at one point shouting “morning” - put me off my stride for a bit but just told myself that will be me one day!!
