So after a summer of bbqs, boozing and beach but more pertinently excuses for not continuing with C25K, I am back on it. Angry with myself for not continuing and taunting myself with the notion that I may have completed the program and however ridiculous it sounds I may be running 5k. The self loathing now jettisoned and I am back on it. Tried a week 1 run but managed well so now 2 runs into week 2 possibly my mojo has returned! See you all out on the roads people!
