Turning 30 next month and haven’t been very fit in years sick of feeling lousy and tired and podgy hoping this will help :)

This programme is great for making you stronger, to help you feel fitter, both mentally and physically too:)

Link it with a great healthy eating regime and you have a winning combination.

Take it slow and take it steady... don't miss any rest days.. and keep posting your progress...you will find lots of encouragement and support here:)
