Done it. 8 whole minutes of running, twice. Done. I’m amazed at what I’ve managed to achieve so far. And it’s only the start. How far can I go???
Next one is the big one... Well, first of many big ones coming up... The first 20 minute run. No breaks. I was quite apprehensive about it. But having done today, I’m kinda looking forward to it.
My sister recently started this and after the first run said it was hard. Having been there, like most of us on here. I can remember how I felt then too. But 5 or 6 weeks on. I look back to be able to say it can be done and you will get through it.
It’s all in the mind. Believe you can do it and you’ve already won half the battle.... Roll on Sunday....
