That’s wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. R1 I found tough but R2 not so bad at all as managed to keep at a steady pace and when the walking phases were coming to an end was ready and able to run again. Don’t think the running distance was that big but still was making steady progress. Recovering well after the second 5 minute run phase so all in all very pleased almost slightly into smug mode. I’ll take the good days when I can.

Sounds like you're making progress, if you're not groaning when you get told to run! The distance of the runs really doesn't matter, it's just about increasing the running times and you're doing that nicely. Roll on run 3!
