Well, that was not the easiest of weeks, and my runs took longer to complete than I had originally planned, funny how life gets in the way sometimes π
Anyway, with Michael urging me on and supplying adequate encouragement, Iβm through Week 4, and looking forward to starting Week 5 πππ, yeah right ... ππ. I know what Week 5 holds in store and itβs shaking me to my roots ... not looking forward to it, even though I know Iβm more than ready for it ... oh well, Week 5 Run 1 starts Wednesday ... might be time for a steady run ... outside too ...
Iβm keeping an eye on everyone else, you are all doing great, the strength and power that we get from being part of this group is undeniable... go us ... ππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈ

Well Done Christene! Week 5 was the turning point for me,I was pretty fearful of running for 20 minutes, didn't know if I could do it,but went for it anyway, thinking I would repeat week 4 if I failed. I managed to do it,it was hard, but nowhere near as bad as I thought. It gave me great confidence,I knew that if I could run 20 minutes, then another 10 was achievable,it really was a great boost. I've just completed W8R2,so hopefully complete the programme by the end of next week. Keep up the good work, you can do it π
