I thought this would be an uneventful session as it was a repeat of W7R1 which went well ... so what could go wrong?
It was very windy, my phone kept ringing which was distracting, I went out with no water (I don’t usually need it but the wind made my mouth dry ... I haven’t mastered breathing through my nose) and worst of all, I wore a new, tight running top which I thought would negate the need for that essential ladies’ undergarment ... big mistake! Don’t try it girls, it’s a nightmare 🤣
I completed the 25min jog without stopping or slowing (I’m super slow so there’s no wiggle room for going slower) so it’s done but it was uncomfortable on all levels
