Enforced rest

Rather peeved that I’m having to take a little bit of time off this week. I had a totally unrelated argument with a very sharp low step which I knocked one ankle into on Sunday and by the end of the day could barely walk due to pain and swelling. It has settled a lot now but feels as if it will need a bit more rest before I try running on it again.

I’m looking to giving myself a few more days recovery time and if all is well getting started again on W3, carefully!
